UPDATE 4/27/08
To quote a friend, "It was all worth it!!!" (shouted out of
a moving vehicle). The tough times that we had planning and
pulling off our wedding were all worth it. The entire
weekend was amazing!
Thanks to everyone who participated both in the wedding and
behind the scenes. We really appreciate all the work that
ya'll did to take care of everyone.
We are going to try to post pictures of the wedding
reception and all of the events on
Photo Gallery page as we have time to do it, so check
back with us soon.
UPDATE 4/11/08
We are heading into our final week!!!!! The excitement is
building. We are slammed with the final preparations.
Here is the weather forecast so you can make some of your

UPDATE 4/6/08
Less than 2 weeks to go! We are down to the small
details and we are getting very excited! Ang had her
shower and bachelorette party in Chicago last weekend.
She talked about it all week, something about a mechanical
bull? I had my bachelor party last weekend as well
here in Atlanta...that is all the details I am posting!
The Maps & Driving Directions tab has a map and detailed
directions from the La Quinta to Grandmother's, etc.

wait to see all of you and spend the weekend with you.
UPDATE 2/20/08
Alright, we are serious about this now. No turning back, the
invitations are out.
We just hit the 60 day mark yesterday and everything is
coming together. This weekend we are going to drop by
Chastain Park to scout it for picture locations.
Ang is very proud of her Knot.com checklist and we are
beginning to wonder what we will do once we don't have to
plan a wedding in a few months.
I just started a new job as a database configuration analyst
@ Hewitt & Associates. I am ecstatic to be out of the
mortgage industry.
Over the next couple of weeks we are going to finalize the
rehearsal dinner plans. Besides that, we are really close to
being done!!

UPDATE 1/30/08
The wedding crunch has begun!
It started around the 90 day and counting mark :) We
have accomplished a ton, though. We have picked up the
wedding bands, got our marriage license, went over music
with our awesome soloist (Patricia Allen), picked out tuxes
(again), and met with Deacon Bill at Holy Spirit. We
now need to start choosing the way the ceremony will flow.
Oh, and the invites.....after many bumps and bruises, they
are done and we will mail in a few weeks!

UPDATE 4/25/2007
Just added our engagement
pictures. Some of them aren't that great, but we are really
happy to have them. It's not everyday that a proposal is
done in front of a room full of girls armed with cameras.

UPDATE 4/5/2007
Plans are moving along and
we have almost finalized our guest list. Who knew that it would
be so tough to pick the people we want to have at our wedding?
Paris was great, even though
it rained the entire time we were there. We made the best of
it. Most of my pictures are pretty bad because it was generally
dark and dreary, but I will post some good ones soon.

I just found historical weather
data on
www.wunderground.com The link will give you an idea of what
the weather will be like in Atlanta on the weekend. Only a 30%
chance of rain, and days are mostly sunny with highs in the
mid 70's.
